Janet Lee-Sheriff
Ms. Sheriff brings 25 years of experience in the mineral extraction industry with a strong focus on strategic planning, community engagement and communications. She presently serves as Chief Executive Officer & Director of Verdera Energy Corp., as well as President & Director of Manhattan Metals Corp., and the Clean Energy Association of New Mexico. From 2020 to 2024, she served as the Chief Communications Officer of enCore Energy Corp., having managed their brand and communications from a micro-cap company to a leading uranium producer in the United States.
Ms. Sheriff led the world’s first on-site test of a solvent which replaced cyanide in the gold extraction process. She was responsible for creating the SRU® (the Secondary Recovery Unit) which replaced the smelter process in the test process. Ms. Sheriff also established and presently owns the Yukon Mint®, which has created green gold coins with indigenous art to celebrate the local communities and artists. With a strong commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, she has successfully negotiated and implemented socio-economic and exploration agreements with indigenous governments plus implemented numerous innovative programs, including the award-winning Elders-in-Residence Program, to ensure community involvement in corporate projects. She is responsible for developing the Yukon Mine Training Association, focused on aboriginal training, raising $20+ mm for training initiatives.
Ms. Sheriff previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Golden Predator Mining Corp and President of Tigris Uranium (now enCore Energy Corp.). She is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, and a recipient of the Queen’s Jubilee Commemorative Medal awarded for outstanding achievements by Canadians and numerous awards for her work with the Elders-in-Residence program.

Rivers A. Patout IV
Mr. Patout is an accomplished Financial Advisor with over 25 years’ experience in the securities industry with a broad array of clients.
His skills include risk analysis, modeling, problem solving, and capital allocation decisions. Mr. Patout is an experienced seed round and early-stage investor who has contributed capital and guidance to various endeavors over the last 30 years. As an investor of personal capital in sectors as diverse as industry, agriculture, resource exploration, leisure, municipal contracting, and technology, Mr. Patout has applied his knowledge and experience to translate the solutions of one business to another.
Mr. Patout has a BBA from Texas A&M University and currently serves as a Senior Private Client Advisor at J.P. Morgan.

Kevin Campbell
Kevin Campbell is the managing director of investment banking at Haywood Securities, a Vancouver-based investment dealer. Kevin’s focus is exclusively on the mining industry, and he works with companies across a broad array of commodities and geographies in both a financing and advisory capacity. He supports a variety of philanthropic causes in a personal capacity and through his charitable foundation, including improving access to post-secondary education, childcare reform and the arts. Kevin is widely traveled and is a keen observer of international relations and current events.
Gregory Huffman
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Nuclear Fuels, Mr. Huffman’s diverse background includes roles in mining specialty sales, fund management, and equity research in the metals and mining sector, with a focus on uranium and other energy-related metals.
In his career, he has been instrumental in leading cross-border coordination in global mining financial matters, including his work as a mining analyst focused on uranium from 2004 to 2007. His most recent experience, from 2016 to 2024, was as the Global Head of Mining Sales at Canaccord Genuity. He employed his broad range of geological and financial skills to evaluate mining companies exploring, developing, and producing precious, base, and energy-related metals, including uranium. Mr. Huffman is known for his insightful industry publications, the “Canaccord Genuity High-Grade Mining Minute” and “Huffer’s High-Grade Nuggets.”
Before Canaccord Genuity, Mr. Huffman worked in a similar mining equity sales role with Scotia Capital, as well as a materials analyst with a multi-strategy, U.S.-based investment fund. An extensive geological background complements his mining equity research and sales experience. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors), cum laude, from the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and serves on the Advisory Board of the Goodman School of Mines, also at Laurentian University.

Anne Brewster Stodghill
Anne practiced law for almost 20 years before retiring to become a full-time community volunteer. She has served in leadership roles for dozens of non-profits throughout North Texas including co-chairing the 2017 Dallas Cattle Baron’s Ball, the largest one-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society in the U.S.
The primary focus of Anne’s philanthropic efforts has been cancer research, visual and performing arts organizations and charities that support education and food security for children. Notable organizations that have benefited from Anne’s fundraising expertise include Dallas Film Society, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Opera, Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum, North Texas Food Bank, No Kid Hungry/Share Our Strength, Community Partners of Dallas, Boy Scouts of America, John Wayne Cancer Foundation, Farah Fawcett Foundation, Junior League of Dallas and the education programs of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Anne is married to attorney Steve Stodghill. She is an eighth-generation Texan and fourth-generation graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Hugo Berlanga
Hugo Berlanga specializes in providing services in alternative energy resources, health care, transportation, telecommunications, state municipalities and county government. Using his legislative experience, Hugo Berlanga assists his clients in developing a legislative and regulatory agenda, which will allow them to compete and grow, as well as lobby for the preservation of laws appropriate to his client’s agenda.
As a State Representative to the Texas House of Representatives for the 34th District, Chairman Berlanga focused on issues relating to health care, the environment and municipalities. In 1975, Hugo was elected to the newly created, single-member legislative district in Nueces Country (District 34). In his first term, he was appointed to the House Ways and Means Committee. In subsequent terms, he served on the Elections Committee and as Chairman of the Calendars Committee. In 1983 he was the first Hispanic to be appointed Speaker Pro Tempore, which he served until 1990. In 1991 was the lead House sponsor of the Coastal Zone Management Act. In 1993 he was named Chairman of the Public Health Committee, which, under his leadership, was described as a “power base for the public good” by Texas Monthly magazine, July 1993. In 1995, Chairman Berlanga was elected Chairman of the Mexican American Caucus.

Eric R. Keller
Currently serving as a Director for C2C Metals Corp, Mr. Keller has over 25 years of working experience with angel and venture backed start-ups and turnarounds in the areas of high tech and the automotive aftermarket. He currently is the National Marine Sales Manager for XPEL Inc., a NASDAQ – listed company and has held several positions in business development and sales while the company experienced rapid revenue growth through his 13+ years of employment. Since 2010, XPEL has grown revenues from $4 million to $360 million TTM and $50 million in earnings TTM. Eric’s early working experience included enterprise software and hardware sales at: Paymetric ClearCommerce and Dell Technologies. Mr. Keller received a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has served on the House Corporation Board and Supervisory Committee for Phi Kappa Psi’s Texas Alpha Chapter for the past 14 years.
Robert Bertino
Nikki Fowler, MBA
Nikki Fowler is a highly accomplished finance executive with a diverse and extensive background in financial strategy, organizational restructuring, and operational leadership across industries including manufacturing, minerals processing, and commercial construction. Nikki has over 25 years’ experience in global financial management including mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations. Known for her ability to streamline processes and deliver results in multi-entity, fast-paced environments, Nikki has consistently improved organizational effectiveness while fostering long-term growth. Her professional experience spans leadership roles in NYSE, LSE, and TSE-listed companies as well as privately held organizations.
Her academic achievements include a Global Business Certification and Graduate Accounting Studies at Harvard University. She also holds an MBA in both Finance and Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nikki is an active community leader and volunteer. She has served on the board of the Daughters of the American Revolution and is the current Audit Committee Chair. She regularly supports organizations such as the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Junior Achievement, Surfrider Foundation, and SEA. She is also involved in local community initiatives, including hurricane relief efforts, programs for the elderly, women’s shelters, and the homeless.
